SHARE Equalization – Deep Course

During the course you will learn:

Fundamental Equalisation Skills

Online content to make equalization clear, build a common language, and teach you to recognize what maneuver you use instinctively. You will learn to feel your glottis, move your tongue in the right way, and use your mouth to compress air. Through Phonetics, you will learn how to link the oropharynx and the nasopharynx to reach the ear tubes and how to manage these air spaces in order to feel and fill them with air as if they were one space only.

Soft Palate Control

Master the control of the soft palate under both oral and nasopharyngeal high-pressure conditions. Precise soft palate control is essential for advanced equalisation and forms a key foundation of the Hands-Free technique.

Air Transfer & Pressure Management

Learn to recognise and direct airflow in different ways while understanding the three primary methods of performing the Frenzel manoeuvre. Build awareness of how pressure moves through the airway system for smoother and more efficient equalisation.

Mouthfill (Frenzel–Fattah Manoeuvre)

Gain a detailed understanding of the Mouthfill technique by learning to detect and coordinate glottis movement during air compression. You’ll practise synchronising glottis control with the opening and closing of the soft palate to maintain stable pressure management at depth.
