Train like a PRO
Elite freediving training gives you a chance to train like a pro and experience competition setup: you can ask for an official count-down for your dive, videos from below and above the surface, and coaching advice from our instructors.
Diving on a competition set up with tags gives you an enormous amount of confidence while preparing for the competitions.
Our highly experienced team of instructors are monitoring deep dives on the sonar while a deep safety diver will meet you with the scooter even at -60 meters if required.

Training requirements
To enroll for Elite Training, you must be at least 18 years old and have SSI level 1 freediving certification (or equivalent from a recognized training agency).
You need to have valid insurance covering freediving activities for the duration of your stay with us. Alternatively insurance can be purchased through Kalamata Freedivers.
The divesite is located less than 10min drive with our RIB from the centre. Our facilities offer warm showers, changing room & lockers, so we can arrive to the divesite prepared and ready to jump in the water.
Top quality freediving equipment is available for rent if you do not have your own.
Kalamata Freedivers has hosted world-class athletes and champions such as Alenka Artnik, Walid Boudhiaf, William Trubridge, Mateusz Malina, Jenifer Wendland, Alice Modolo, Alexey Molchanov, Davide Carrera and more. They all trust our elite training setup, renowned as one of the safest in the world.
Duration of the training session is max 90 min. The price of the training session includes the use of facilities, storage of equipment, transportation to the diving site and professional safety and coaching. Price doesn’t include insurance and use of equipment.
We offer discount of 20% for purchases of more than 5 sessions.
