Course Highlights

What will you learn?

The Molchanovs Instructor Crossover Course is designed for certified freediving instructors from other agencies who wish to join the Molchanovs system. This focused and intensive program ensures a smooth transition by equipping you with the knowledge, teaching methodology, and philosophy that make the Molchanovs system unique.

During the course you will:

Become proficient in the Molchanovs education system, standards, and course materials.
Learn the Molchanovs approach to teaching, coaching, and skill development.
Demonstrate role-model in-water skills across all disciplines, both in the pool and open water.
Understand how to structure and organize Molchanovs courses effectively and safely.
Gain insights into student management, error correction, and safety procedures.
Explore the business side of freediving, including marketing, risk management, and course promotion.
Learn how to incorporate marine conservation principles into your teaching practice.

Upon successful completion, you will be certified as a Molchanovs Freediving Instructor, fully qualified to teach Molchanovs courses and certify students worldwide.

Prerequisites

To enroll in the crossover, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a current instructor certification from a recognized freediving agency.
Hold a valid First Aid & CPR certification (issued within the last year).
Demonstrate required freediving competencies during the evaluation:

Open Water Requirements:

CWTB: 40–50m
FIM: 40–50m
CNF: 25m+
Role-model technique in all disciplines

Pool Requirements:

Static Apnea: 4:00–5:00 min
Dynamic Apnea: DYNB 90m+, DNF 50m+
Role-model technique in all pool disciplines

Course materials

Upon course registration we will send you course materials in a digital format.

Equipment available

In case you don't have own equipment, you can rent it at Kalamata Freedivers.

Certification card

After successful course completion you will receive a digital certification card.

Diving insurance

Diving insurance is included in the course price.

The divesite is located less than 10min drive with our RIB from the centre. Our facilities offer warm showers, changing room & lockers, so we can arrive to the divesite prepared and ready to jump in the water.
