COMBO COURSE

FROM FREEDIVER TO ADVANCED IN ONE WEEK

Combining the Freediver and Advanced course, with a total length of 7 days, Combo Course provides a perfect opportunity for students who want to start and immediately progress to freedive deeper.

It consists of three main phases:

  • Knowledge development about fundamental and advanced freediving skills and techniques needed for deeper diving.
  • Confined water sessions to learn and refine breath hold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea.
  • Open water sessions to practice free immersion, Frenzel equalization and constant weight freedives along with buoyancy control and Freefall, as well as buddy procedures and rescue techniques.

By the end of the course you will be able to perform a 2 minutes 30 seconds breath-hold, swim 50 meters underwater with fins and dive comfortably between 20 and 30 meters depth.

The divesite is located less than 10min drive with our RIB from the centre. Our facilities offer warm showers, changing room & lockers, so we can arrive to the divesite prepared and ready to jump in the water.
