Finished a freediving course and unsure how to progress?

The Individual Training  program is a one-to-four-week training program focused entirely on training.

Whether you’re seeking a structured training approach or aiming for new depths, this program is tailored to your unique goals.

Our experienced coaches will design every session based on your specific goals. Throughout your training, your instructor will provide safety and support, ensuring steady progress in the safest manner possible.

One of the main goals of the master’s program is to empower you to become an independent freediver. You’ll learn how to dive deeper, plan your sessions effectively, approach your depth goals safely, and, most importantly, have FUN while doing it.

Program Highlights

Online Consultation Session
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation (online) where we discuss your goals, assess your current abilities, and set a personalized starting point for your training. Later the consultations with coach are on a weekly basis.

Customized Training Plans

Receive a structured training plan tailored to your progress and availability. The training plan includes In-water sessions (basic training) focused on volume, pressure adaptation, technique and DRY exercises (EQ exercises, stretching and flexibility, relaxation techniques, strength training).

Requirements

To enroll in Individual Training Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have SSI level 2 freediving certification (or equivalent from a recognized training agency) and have own equipment or rent at Kalamata Freedivers.

To join basic training you need to have valid insurance covering freediving activities for the duration of your stay with us. Alternatively insurance can be purchased through Kalamata Freedivers.

This program is more than just training – it’s a holistic approach to freediving that nurtures your physical, mental, and technical abilities. With a personalized plan, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to explore greater depths safely and efficiently.

Please note that this is a training program and not a course, so there will be no teaching materials, no certification and no fixed schedule/program. However it can be combined with one of our courses. After booking a program, we will schedule an online consultation with a coach, who will assess you and create an individual training plan.

Once you are at Kalamata Freedivers it time to realize it! 
Our instructors will provide you safety and be available for questions regarding the training plan.
