AIDA LEVEL 3

ADVANCED FREEDIVER COURSE

AIDA Level 3 Advanced Freediver Course goes deeper into theory of freediving which will allow you to understand the physiology and techniques behind deeper diving. You will learn Frenzel equalization technique and how to use your change in buoyancy during a dive in order to Freefall!

It consists of three main phases:

  • Knowledge development about advanced freediving skills and techniques needed for deeper diving.
  • Confined water sessions to refine static and dynamic apnea.
  • Open water sessions to practice free immersion, Frenzel equalization and constant weight freedives along with buoyancy control and Freefall, as well as buddy procedures and rescue techniques.

Goal of the course is to achieve static apnea of 2 minutes 45 seconds, dynamic apnea of 55 meters and constant weight freedive to 24-30 meters.

To enroll on AIDA Level 3 Course, you must be at least 16 years old (with parent or guardian consent) and have an AIDA Level 2 certification (or equivalent from a recognized training agency and completed AIDA Crossover Day).

The divesite is located less than 10min drive with our RIB from the centre. Our facilities offer warm showers, changing room & lockers, so we can arrive to the divesite prepared and ready to jump in the water.
