1. Freediving Flow & Body Awareness
Build your morning routine with mobility drills, vagus nerve activation, and mind-muscle connection work. Learn EQ strategies tailored to your physiology and find your personal rhythm in the water.
2. Discipline Technique & Recovery
Refine your technique in FIM, Bifins, or CNF. Understand the importance of pool and swim training for freedivers. Learn post-dive recovery strategies, nutrition tips, and how to structure rest days effectively.
3. Breathwork, Visualization & Dry EQ
Practice breathing techniques for calm and focus, explore visualization tools, and train body relaxation and dry EQ drills to improve control and boost confidence.
4. Training Cycles, Peak Performance & Competition Prep
Learn how to structure your training season — from base building and volume work to CO₂ conditioning and tapering. Understand how to stay within your limits while progressing steadily. Gain insight into competition rules, dive planning, and developing mental strength for long-term performance.
Workshop Schedule
Day 1 – Freediving Flow & Self-Awareness
• Morning: Mobility, breathwork, vagus nerve activation, and visualization
• Water session: Technique focus (FIM, Bifins, CNF), EQ drills, and choosing your main discipline
• Afternoon: Video review, personal feedback, and dry workshop
Day 2 – Depth & Competition Preparation
• Morning: Stretching, breathing, and dive planning for calm, confident dives
• Water session: Refining rhythm, technique, and dive efficiency
• Afternoon: Workshop on training cycles, depth adaptation, tapering, and competition mindset — including real-world tips for safe and sustainable performance
Optional Add-On: House Competition – August 10
